5/Shout/15
For 1..5 seconds, target other ally and up to two nearby allies take 15..65% less damage from attacks and spells.
This way, it's more of an active defense, can't be extensively exploited by a team of Paragons, and (most importantly) is actually useful in a spike situation.
Remember that Incoming does nothing to combat one of the most commonly used spikes, which is SB/RI.
Something I still stand by is changing paragon chants to not effect other paragons on the team, and then buffing chants and shouts a good deal. There are other ways of describing it that both gel better and make more sense, but that's the gist of it.

The problem is paragons already have a non-elite spike prevention that acts like a guild lords amulet (30 recharge tho so nobody uses it). Angelic protection I think it is.
And to geekling.. admittedly one could do that. However, considering everyone has an LoD monk and some other monk, thats 5 defensive elites, 8 if one was going for full protection.

Lol. Actually, I just thought it sucked compared to Life Bond. But I suppose that if you used it just right it would be a good elite.
But like I said before, I don't think I'll ever find out, due to my lack of interest in Para's.

Its good because its basically spike proof (2 second cast tho ew, never using it personally). For everyone. Life bond does not affect spells and is rippable. In pvp that matters a whole lot. In PvE it works with Shield of Absorbption, or used to anyways when it was Mot based.

Oh snap. I didn't realize it wasn't an enchantment. That does make it equal, if not better! It does have it's pros and cons, still, but that changes my outlook on it totally. Thanks for that eye-opener! ^_^
